From Failed Patches to a Fully Reinforced Roof

Alan’s RV roof had been through it—prior patch jobs around vents and fans didn’t hold up, and gaps in the structure led to movement and open seams that left the rig vulnerable to leaks. Working with Andy’s List Inc., Alan’s roof was carefully reconstructed using four new plywood sections, reinforced with Crazy Seal tape and cloth to handle flex and movement. Vent assemblies, a shower skylight, and lighting covers were replaced, and every critical area—from pipe vents to termination bars—was sealed using the Crazy Seal system.

It took 6 gallons of sealer and a meticulous application, but the result is undeniable: a watertight, flexible, and UV-resistant membrane built to last through any conditions. Even existing MaxxAir covers and lights were fully integrated into the new seamless surface.
